Refund and Return Policy

At CanadaBioGenix, customer satisfaction is a priority. We are committed to providing high-quality research products and ensuring every order is handled with care. If you experience an issue with your order, our team will work with you to find a fair and timely resolution.

1. Nature of Our Products

CanadaBioGenix sells research-grade peptides and scientific support products. Due to the specialized, perishable, and temperature-sensitive nature of these products, we are generally unable to accept returns once an order has been delivered.

All sales are considered final upon delivery unless the issue falls within the categories described below.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed
• Products that have been removed from original tamper-evident packaging
• Products that have not been stored appropriately after delivery
• Products returned without prior authorization from our support team

3. Eligible Issues for Refund or Replacement

We will review refund or replacement requests in the following situations:

• The product arrived visibly damaged due to shipping
• You received the wrong item(s) in your order
• Your order was lost in transit and confirmed undeliverable
• Your order could not be fulfilled by CanadaBioGenix

Refund and replacement decisions are made on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of CanadaBioGenix.

4. How to Submit a Request

To initiate a refund or replacement request, please contact us at sales@canadabiogenix.com within 48 hours of delivery (or within a reasonable timeframe for lost shipments). Please include:

• Your order number
• A clear description of the issue
• Photographs of the product and packaging, if applicable

Requests submitted without the above information may experience delays in processing.

5. Refund Processing

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout
• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider
• You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed

6. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@canadabiogenix.com. Orders can generally be cancelled before they enter the fulfillment or shipping stage.

Once an order has been packed, dispatched, or is in transit, cancellation is no longer possible. In such cases, you are welcome to submit a request after delivery if eligible under Section 3.

7. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on the part of CanadaBioGenix (such as a wrong item being shipped). In cases where a return shipment is required, return shipping instructions will be provided by our support team.

8. Policy Updates

This Return & Refund Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect operational or legal changes. Any updates will be posted on this page and become effective upon publication.
